Request - Scaling logic delay

Would like to request a feature change for the AVD host scaling logic to delay after previous change.

The idea
On scale function either in or out (configurable?) add a delay before the same host would be effected by autoscale again.

reason:
Ran into this issue with a customer: Pool has 2 hosts, 1 was offline, 1 a technician broke. I went to turn on the offline host so i could redeploy the other. Before i could turn on the 2nd host it start to autoscale on, not a problem but before i could connect and before other users connected it started to autoscale off. I had to wait for it to finish unallocating then i was going to start it and exclude from autoscale, but autoscale started again and i had to wait...again and of course it started to autoscale off again. I had to disable autoscale completely to get the 2nd host to stay on so i could clear out the first host correctly.
Just now realizing i never turned it back on...

Hi Tomas. We have had requests asking us to implement a temporary pause for auto-scaling. You could use this to pause the scaling during holidays (1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks) or during maintenance (1,2 or 4 hours). Would this help?

This would not really help.

What i mean is, The host scaled out, then immediately scaled in, then immediately scaled out, then immediately scaled in.
I could not change the settings while it was in its process and had disable autoscale in order to set it to ignore autoscale.

What i would want is when the host scales out to prevent it from scaling in for lets say 5 minutes.

Hi Tomas. Got it. So, it could be very similar to the 'Scale in delay' we have for Pre-staging, right? But instead, have the same feature as part of the regular host pool auto-scaling logic. Is that correct?

Exactly. Makes more sense to bring up an existing feature than how i explained it.
