Applies to: Nerdio Manager for MSP (NMM) v2.2+
When you first assign a Windows 365 Cloud PC to an end-user, you select the size of the Cloud PC desktop. The size is a combination of three factors - CPU, memory and storage. For example, you may have initially assigned a user a 2 vCPU Cloud PC desktop with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Once the user has used that sized desktop for a while they may want to upgrade to a different sized Cloud PC desktop.
You can resize the Cloud PC assigned to a user with the Resize Cloud PC feature.
Navigate to the Users module for the customer account in Nerdio Manager. Locate the user you want to resize desktop for, in the Action menu select Resize.
You will now see a Resize desktop pop-up. In the pop-up, if multiple Cloud PC desktops are assigned to user, select the right desktop in the Desktop dropdown. If only one Cloud PC desktop is assigned to user, you will not see a Desktop dropdown.
Next choose the new size of Cloud PC desktop and click OK. Note that the resize operation will take a while. Once you click OK, the resize operation will commence and user will be disconnected from their Cloud PC desktop.
