Click the Create button.

On the next screen, you'll select the subscription and resource group for the application. The "Project details" section determines the resource group that the billing object will reside in. We recommend creating a new resource group for this.

The "Managed Application Details" section determines the resource group that will contain the resources created for the NMM application, such as the app service, SQL Server instance, etc.

The deployment of the Azure resources will begin, and will take 3-5 minutes. Phase I is complete.

Phase II - Run Azure CloudShell script

Once the deployment is finished, find the app service by searching for "App Services" or by opening the Resource Group created by NMM. The app service will be called "web-admin-portal-<xxxxx>"
