Troubleshooting issues in Nerdio mobile app

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with Nerdio Portal mobile app, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Review the app's help guides on Nerdio Help Center.
  2. Ensure your device is using an operating system supported by the app, as listed in the guide here.
  3. Ensure you’ve updated to the latest version of the app.
  4. Delete the app from your device, then re-install it.
  5. If you're still having trouble, contact Nerdio Support.

To contact us with questions, issues, or feedback for the app, you can contact us directly from the app.

  1. Tap Settings in the main menu.
  2. Tap Email Feedback to open an email ticket.
