The Nerdio Portal mobile app is Nerdio Admin Portal on the go. Using this app, you can easily and quickly manage every customer’s IT environment from anywhere, anytime. To use the app, it's best if you already have some basic experience with Nerdio Admin Portal.
The app is available for Android and iOS devices.
The Nerdio Mobile app is great for:
- Account Management
- Users management
- Groups management
- Management of Shared Mailboxes
- Servers management
- Logs management
You can use the app to:
- Reset desktop, reset passwords, lock/unlock, enable/disable login, delete, archive, restore users.
- Edit or delete groups.
- Edit or delete shared mailboxes.
- Start, restart or delete servers.
- View and filter logs.
Minimum system requirements
- The Nerdio Portal App for iOS requires iOS 9.0 or later and is optimized for iPhones and iPads.
- The Nerdio Portal App for Android requires Android 4.4 or later and is optimized for phones.
