Zero-clients, thin-clients, tablets, laptops and desktops all work very well with the Nerdio Private Cloud (NPC) environment. After working with hundreds of clients, we have found that a zero-client, dual monitor with a wireless keyboard and mouse is generally the best setup.
The size and brand of the monitor is completely a personal preference. Here's a good example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D601UC8. Note that Amazon may stop selling products over time.
Any Teradici-based zero client should work well. It just depends on your form factor preference. Here's a listing of zero client options: http://www.teradici.com/product-finder/zero-clients. We’ve also had a good experience working with IOCorp (http://www.iocorp.com/). They have basic, reasonably priced dual and quad monitor zero client options and a 5 year warranty.
We don't have any specific models of thin clients to recommend for our Nerdio for Azure (NFA) product. Anything that can handle RDP should work well. For best performance, the thin client OS should be Windows 10 since it has optimized RDP 10 capabilities whereas older versions of Windows don’t.
