I am locked out of my account


Nerdio users are locked out and not allowed to login to their Nerdio desktop if they attempt to login with the wrong password several times in a row. This is a security feature.

Please contact us by phone, chat or email to unlock your account. We can unlock your account and keep the same password, or we can unlock the account and reset the password to a new one.

Some tips as to why you may have locked yourself out:

  • The caps lock key was on
  • There was an extra space at the end of the password
  • You used an old password
