Phone, chat, email - which do I use to contact support?

 

Simple answer - use what you are most comfortable with. If you are a phone kind of a person, give us a call. If you a multitasking kind of a person, use chat.

You can also use this guide as a rule of thumb:

  1. You can't work – Contact us by phone for quick one-on-one support
  2. You can work but need help – Contact us by chat for immediate answer and collaborative resolution
  3. You can work and want to know how to do something - Contact us by email for an instructional response
