I would like to change my password

Applies to: Nerdio Private Cloud (NPC) and Nerdio For Azure (NFA) customers only

Changing your password is quite easy:

  1. Log in to your Nerdio desktop
  2. Nerdio Private Cloud (NPC) users: If you are using a zero client, press Ctrl-Alt-Del. If you are not using a zero client you may have to use Ctrl-Alt-Insert. This is similar to Ctrl-Alt-Del, but use the Insert key instead of the Delete key
  3. Nerdio for Azure (NFA) users: Press Ctrl-Alt-End. On Mac OS, press Fn-Ctrl-Alt-right arrow. In some cases, Fn-Ctrl-Alt-Del works as well.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to change your password. Passwords must be at least eight characters long, must include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a non-alphanumeric character. You are allowed to change your password once per day.
