Why is my second monitor not working?

Here are a few things to check why your second monitor may not be turning on or may not be displaying the Nerdio desktop:

  1. Check the video cables in the back of the main monitor or thin client and make sure they are secure.
  2. Check the video cables on the second monitor to make sure they are secure.
  3. Make sure “source” is set correctly on the second monitor. It should be set to the type of cable you currently have plugged in: Blue cable end – VGA, White cable end – DVI, trapezoidal shaped cable – HDMI.
