Nerdio Admin Portal Training Guide
Nerdio Admin Portal (NAP) is a website for administering your Nerdio IT environment. Understanding and learning the various aspects of NAP will allow you to manage your IT environment effectively and respond quickly to user requests.
There are three options available to receive training on NAP. We recommend choosing one or more based on what works best for you. You can also mix-and-match to create your own learning track.
Learn at your own pace and at a time & location that is most convenient for you. Follow this curriculum composed of training videos and knowledge base articles. The videos and KB articles are setup as independent learning units. You can skip around and come back to the training material if you so desire.

Attend a weekly training webinar. The training webinar covers the following topics:

The webinar is one hour long. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenter. The presenter will be an expert on Nerdio and the Portal, allowing you to cover a wide range of topics. You can view a previously recorded webinar.
Setup a one-on-one or group training with the Nerdio training team. The training will be customized to your specific needs. This is ideal if you are looking for personal attention during the training session. The presenter(s) will be knowledgeable about Nerdio and the Portal. There is a charge for this training. A standard two hour session costs $300. You will want to choose this option if you are looking to go over scenarios specific to your Nerdio IT environment and your user base. The training can be delivered in-person (travel costs extra).
