VM Not Found In Linked Resource Group

Issue: When viewing the Host Pool you see VM's displaying Status of "VM not found in linked resource groups"

Cause: If the VM truly doesn't exist in Azure (you can confirm via portal.azure.com) then their may be a stale record in the NMM database.  Removing that record should solve the error.

Solution: Use "Delete Host" and select the "Remove AVD record only" option
